Our residential Psychological Wellbeing Programme (PWP) provides serving police officers and police staff with access to a multidisciplinary team of wellbeing experts. These include registered nurses, experienced counsellors and highly trained therapists.

These specialists combine their diverse skills with police-specific knowledge to support patients in managing symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and to empower them with coping strategies for the future.

To be eligible to apply for this Programme, you must have signed up to contribute to the charity, and you should not be due to leave the force within six months of your application. The PWP is not appropriate for treating post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), we suggest speaking to your GP and local services if you need support with PTSD.

In your retirement you may be eligible to apply for a place on the Retired Wellbeing Programme (RWP).
