Virtual Virgin Money London Marathon Runners Completed

A huge congratulations to Amy and Hannah who both completed the Virtual Virgin London Marathon on 3 October 2021!

Both smashed their fundraising target and raised over £1,200.00 for the PTC!

Amy let us know why she was taking part in the marathon:

“Following an injury on duty in 2012, the PTC supported my recovery and return to work, and I know that they have been instrumental in the recovery of a number of colleagues too. The PTC provide an invaluable service to officers and staff with both physical and mental ill health. It is a pleasure to run for them this year, and to be able to raise valuable funds for their charity. This will be my first ever marathon, having only just laced my trainers up again in March 2020, so please show your support by donating whatever you can, anything is appreciated and will be used to support the well-being and recovery of our workforce.”​
