Zoe has previously worked for other national charities and in The Patient Experience Team for an NHS Trust.
Zoe joined the PTC in 2017 as a Donor Engagement Officer and has enjoyed working as part of a committed team. Zoe was promoted to the role of Acting Head of DRCE in March 2023 to cover for Fran Greenwood. She enjoys seeing first hand the difference the Centres makes and being pivotal in ensuring Officers sign up and attend the Centres.
