Over 25 years working in Senior HR & Learning Development roles within the private sector across a multitude of industry sectors ranging from Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing & Distribution, Scientific and Financial Services. Prior to a career in HR, Helen worked operationally within several blue-chip retail organisations within management, buying & merchandising and Sales, also spending several years as Company Director of her own Restaurant, Nightclub and Live Music Venue.
Recently gaining the ICF Accreditation in Business and Personal Coaching and continues to follow her passion for coaching by attending ongoing additional training in specific coaching techniques.
Outside of work is predominantly taken up with family, two crazy dogs, yoga, walking, travel, food and very good wine….!!
