I am a 67 year old ex Police Sergeant who visited the Treatment Centre in February 2025. This was my first visit since my retirement 15 years ago.

I was given treatment relating to a back issue which has gotten gradually worse over the years. I felt that I needed some help and support to assist my recovery.

During the week I was given various types of help including physio, hydrotherapy, back management information and an introduction to pilates. This was done in a very professional manner by friendly, helpful staff.

I would recommend the Treatment Centre to all serving and retired officers and it certainly won’t be another 15 years before I attend again.
