Patient Stories – Jamie Longrigg

I am a Police officer for Northamptonshire Police.  I recently spent two weeks at St Andrews Police Treatment Centre in Harrogate, for Psychological Wellbeing support.  It is an amazing, calm, and tranquil environment. The facilities are fantastic. The Nursing team and centre staff are magnificent and so supportive, it made it feel like a really safe place, there was no judgement from anyone. It was the perfect two weeks to enable me to rest and reset and take the time to just be, it’s definitely helped me with crucial tools for my wellbeing.
