In the early hours of Thursday 30th May, members of North Wales Police climbed Snowdon in the dark to raise money for Hafal, Care of Police Survivors (COPS) and The Police Treatment Centres.

Sergeant Tom Prytherch organised the event as part of his wider ‘Cerdded Cymraeg’ initiative which encourages police officers, staff, friends and family members to get some exercise by walking and to practive chatting in Welsh.

The group set off at 1am in the morning and reached the summit at sunrise. The team decided to split their fundraising between the three charities as all provide essential services and support for the communities of North Wales and we would love your help to raise as much as we can to help them to continue their work.

The Team raised a fantastic £352.38 for the PTC! Thank you and a huge congratulations!
