Fundraising Hero Chris Birks recently took on the Ironman70.3 Staffordshire!
Chris put himself through a continuous:
1.2 mile swim
56 mile cycle
13.1 mile run
All in aid of the PTC! The PTC is close to Chris’ heart…his Mom is Head Nurse at St Andrews and his Dad used the Centres throughout the 90s.
Chris managed an impressive time of 7 hours and 9 minutes and said he would do it all again!
Chris has so far managed to raised over £500, and wishes for his fundraising to be put towards the PTC’s Psychological Wellbeing Programme.
