Rachel has been in the catering industry for nearly 30 yrs and gained lots of experience throughout the years including training in the Gleneagles pastry section, which was a great experience
She completed her City & Guilds and HNC in Professional Cookery in 2005.
Rachel has worked at Castlebrae for 18 years and loves being part of the team. She enjoys holidays with her family in their campervan and growing her own vegetables on her allotment.
