Janine has 14 years’ experience in Facilities & Operational Management within a Multi Academy Trust in the Education sector where she has worked with independent building surveyors to successfully secure over £3M in Capital Improvement Schemes and managing projects ensuring Health and Safety & Safeguarding was adhered to within sites.
Before working in education, she was a Customer Advisor and a Bank Manager for 10 years.
She holds various qualifications such as IAM Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management, National Diploma & Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management, IOSH qualification as well as many customer service qualifications.
Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog and exploring new places to travel.
