Our Remote Physiotherapy Outpatient service offers appointments using video call and allows you to see one of our expert clinicians at your convenience.
This is ideal for donors who would find it hard to travel, have dependents making a residential stay difficult, or those whose condition would not require the 2-week intensive residential treatment.
It has been designed to be easy to use with just a few simple steps to get going.
1. Complete the application form for our PTC Remote Physiotherapy Outpatient Service.
2. Our admissions team will then ensure that all forms have been filled out correctly and that the patient is eligible for treatment.
3. All applications are sent for clinical assessment. If required, the clinical team may contact you to make further enquiries.
4. A date will then be allocated, following this, you will receive an email which will include details of your appointment and a web address to enter into your browser.
You can use a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone. Just make sure it has a webcam, microphone, speakers or headphones and a reasonable internet connection. It is a good idea to test everything a few days before your appointment, your appointment email will also contain information on how to check your equipment before the appointment to make sure everything is working on the day. You will need to use either Chrome or Safari on your device.
