On Thursday 5th February, Time to Change asked everyone to take 5 minutes to have a conversation about mental health as part of Time to Talk Day.
As part of this, two of the nurses from St Andrews took part in a drop-in event at Skipton Police Station. They joined local officers at Skipton Police Station, and staff from other agencies such as Search and Rescue volunteers, ambulance, and fire service staff were invited to attend the town's police station for a cup of tea and an informal chat about mental health issues.
Although many patients visiting the Treatment Centre come for physiotherapy, there are a number of patients who need support with stress, anxiety and other such conditions.
