Andy is the Deputy Chief Constable for Lancashire Constabulary and has 24 years policing experience in a range of areas covering investigations, firearms and counter terrorism. He is the national lead for well-being & engagement; a very new portfolio that is developing local and national approaches to workforce resilience.
His work on well-being is supported by academic research and practical application in his own force ensuring the links to culture, leadership and strategy are prioritised.
The Board of Trustees provides strategic guidance through business planning; agrees and sets an annual budget; and monitors activity and service provision through regular reports on service delivery, the annual Business Plan and annual budget. Our Trustees are drawn from all three police staff associations in England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
