Sponsored Swim - 17th August 2011

Paul Anderson, a police officer from Clydebank near Glasgow, is doing a sponsored swim at his local leisure pool in aid of The Police Treatment Centres. Paul has never been a keen swimmer and describes his level of swimming as “..like a brick..”

However, following a recent stay at Castlebrae treatment centre, which involved a fair amount of time in the Castlebrae pool, Paul decided to give something back to the charity and at the same time challenge himself further by arranging to do 50 lengths of his local pool. The sponsored swim in aid of The Police Treatment Centres was on Wednesday 17th August at the Clydebank Playdrome.

If you would like to encourage Paul in his challenge and support The Police Treatment Centres at the same time then please visit Paul’s just giving page at
